The old NDN man was in his deathbed.  He only had hours left to live when he smelled the delicious aroma of fry-bread. He loved fry-bread more than anything else in the world!  So with his last bit of energy, he pulled himself out of bed and dragged himself down to the kitchen.

There he saw his beautiful, loving wife, kneading the dough for another batch.  As he reached over for one of the warm breads, he got smacked across the hand with his wife’s wooden spoon.

“Leave those alone!” she said “”Those are for the funeral!”
